Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sobotown, every piece is created as part of a limited drop inspired by the culture of South Bombay. Because of the limited nature of our products, we maintain a strict exchange policy.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

• Exchanges are subject to size availability

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

All sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items requested after 7 days of delivery

• Used, washed, or damaged products

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Sale or marked-down items
